~ Our Story~ A Lesson in Prairie Pragmatism
Dan & John Zander began their careers as 3rd generation family farmers in Waseca County, Minnesota. With experience in both crop and livestock production, the Zander brothers grew up in an environment that constantly stressed the importance of hard work, perseverance and the ingenuity necessary to raise a bountiful harvest and healthy, quality animals.
As their farming careers developed, Dan saw an opportunity to expand into marketing feed ingredients to other livestock producers and then into oat processing. During this endeavor, having more ambition than capital, the Zander brothers found it necessary to purchase used equipment for their milling projects. As a result, another enterprise was born, A & I Equipment Co.
With this unique background in agriculture and grain processing equipment, the Zander brothers have the knowledge and experience to assist customers in their endeavors, large or small. We enjoy what we do and look forward to working with you!
